Today was great. But often--the rewards never work for what I am ordering. If I am ordering a larger size, the reward for the small price should be discounted. Getting frustrated with the company over this issue and favoring other companies due to this issue

I walking in to pick up my online order with my son in his carseat. I put my son on a chair closest to the counter and waited for someone to come out so I could tell them the name on my order. There was a girl in the back who greeted me and went back to cleaning. I stood there for a few minutes then went all the way up to the counter where she finally came out and asked how she could help. It was a very weird interaction because I was the only person in the store
