Smoothie was great and friendly/prompt staff.

Unfortunately we did not receive what we ordered. I ordered 4 items. 2 bowls and 1 small smoothie and one regular smoothie. Unfortunately when my daughter picked up the order and we pulled items out of the bag at home both smoothies were size small.

I used the app for the first time and was successful in ordering a couple of smoothies for pick up at a specific time. THe smoothies were ready when I walked in and pick up was fast and efficient. The third party app needs serious work. It has serious issues compared to other take out restaurant apps.

My pre order was ready on time. The smoothy was exactly as ordered.

Left off almond butter on top, I paid for. Usually it’s is runny, not thick enough.

Tried all the Nekters in the area and would say this location has the best product quality and service speed. Team is also very friendly.
