Experience was good but the bowls( Acia) have been tasting gummy and flavorless that last few times I have taken out from this location. In La Jolla location they tasted good, consistent, fresh.

Problem adding a new payment method to my account. Deleted my old payment. I could not add a new payment! My password stopped working; I asked for a reset link. This link never arrived under 'nekter' subject. Frustrated that this was/is so difficult. Please know I frequent your shops often and enjoy the order ahead feature. At this moment I can't order ahead because my account is messed up.

Probably the worst location I've been to so far. Had to have my drink remade four times because of wrong size, adding stuff I asked to be omitted. Asked for a refund but instead was forced to wait so they could try again and it's still incorrect. I order the same drinks (the Greenie as a smoothie, PB Mocha no agave) every time I go and every other location can seem to figure them out but not this one. One was so sweet it tasted like dessert, the other was so watered down it tasted like grass water.. I just want a refund.
Updated review: Manager refused to give me a refund but after pressing for a higher authority, owner honored a refund so I added two stars because I appreciate the effort made by the owner to make it right.
I ordered ahead and my smoothie was ready for me when I got there. It tasted great

difficulty with the app but the store was helpful and even though we couldnt figure out how to redeem my gift card the employee gave me a discount on my smoothie.
