I ordered off the Nekter app for delivery. I received my order, and the bowl I ordered hardly had anything in it. It was half full. I called, and they were super accommodating. They had me order a new bowl, and reimbursed me for the trouble. I am super impressed with how the woman on the phone handled my issue. Excellent customer service!

The only complaint I have is last week I purchased a pumpkin bowl for breakfast on my way to work and there was no pumpkin in it. I didn’t notice until I took it out of the bag to eat it at work. It was hard to eat being that it was all that almond filling. I sent customer service a notification that morning and haven’t heard back. Was hoping I could get a free bowl or something as I wasn’t able to eat it all.
