When I arrived at the store 5 minutes past my pickup time, I waited at the pickup area while 3 people paid at the register before even being acknowledged. When someone finally came out, they told me they hadn’t had a chance to start my order yet, and then I waited another 12 minutes for them to make them. I will hesitate to come here again.

I made an online order and when I arrived it was not ready and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes passed the time it said it would be ready because an employee had called out and the manager was making all orders. My order was then made incorrectly

The app is really easy to use. I try to show up a little sooner than when it says the order will be ready though, because the last two times I've placed an order, my açaí bowl was soupy. I'm assuming it's either been sitting around, or something is wrong with the machine
