We are regular patrons and overall like Neketr. Often though, when placing an online order with specific requests, our experience is that the requests are missing and the order is what it is. Also when we frequent Nekter in the evenings, the Upland location, they always have their stools on the counter as if they are closing. It really detours customers to stay and enjoy the facility, or reads that they are closing soon, even though it's two hours or more until closing time. Aside from those two things, we will overall like Nekter.

The place looked closed walking in none of the two employees that were there acknowledge my presence till maybe 3 minutes being there. And after they finally acknowledge me there priority was to finish there conversation than to handle the customer. The acai bowls were good; but the customer service needs to be better especially if you want customers back.

Ordered an açaí bowl w/ whey extra agave and granola. This was the most unenjoyable bowl I’ve ordered from Upland. Person put too much whey protein powder. Could taste the powder in each spoon, was very light purple in color, was too whipped. Very little agave was on top. The worst bowl upland Nekter has made for me in 7 years. I ate it cuz I drove on freeway, had no choice :(
