Usually we have a great experience with quick service. I placed an order ahead of time like usually, the worker let me know she would start it right away- no big deal. I watched 3 pick up orders come in with quick service and then 2 people use the tablet to order. Received their orders before ours was even started.. once i asked where the order was she said any min, watched her walk over and start it

The only thing disappointing today was the app. It wouldn’t allow me to redeem my rewards. I went to rewards, clicked on “order now” next to the reward I want to redeem then it takes me to the item. I customize and go to checkout but it never takes off the reward. I had to go to the physical store and order in order to redeem.
