I stopped going to this Nekter Juice Bar location sometime within the last two years (Winchester Rd, Temecula) because the customer service was horrible!!! I would order online and when I would show up for my order (30 minutes later) it was not ready and the workers were just chit chatting amongst each other and rude to customers!!! However, I decided to give this location another try and I am glad I did. Lisa is busy busy getting orders ready and my Acai bowl always comes out FRESH and delicious. She is busy which is totally understandable, but she always wishes me to have a good day and gets back to working hard. I hope she stays because there was always new workers at this location. I go Monday through Friday for my bowl and haven’t been unsatisfied since Lisa started working here. There’s another lady there too who shows same work ethics and she’s super kind! Glad I went back, just crossing my fingers that this staff stays!

Love the app! There was a few people waiting for their orders and it was so nice that my juices were ready when I arrived.

The RUDEST woman working here. I come to this Nekter location EVERY WEEK and spend over $100/week on the pressed juices. I’ve interfaced with her before, but I have no idea why she was rotten to me. First, She doesn’t acknowledge me while she is at the front counter, no one else was even in there! I said happy new year and she responded what’s so happy about it.. wow really. I asked her when she will get more juices in since there were only a few left and she responded… sometime in the future.. holy hell! She was a larger Hispanic woman with a bun in her hair. I’m done. This experience has lead me to take the $450 I spend here each month, somewhere else! Happy New Year!

Placed an order 1 hour before closing. When we arrived we were told that the juice machine had been cleaned already so we could either have a smoothie instead or come back tomorrow.

Overall experience was great, however when I got home, I noticed I was missing a juice in my juice cleanse

This place is ok but definitely need better Açaí bowl makers because the presentation of my açaí bowl was very bland and it also was watery . Plus my smoothie was bland as well . Definitely sticking to “juice it up” after this

Great service and Juice

Value: 7 was a bit pricey than most juice bars in area but you get what you pay for I suppose. style/vibe: when I came in I was immediately greeted by a very polite gentlemen. Location 8.5 located right off winchester was barely any parking due to trader Joe's sharing same parking lot. Cleanliness: 10 every table and counter top was clean floors were clean and I personally witnessed employees routinely washing there hands before they touched anything which is always a plus. Final opinion great tasting juice bar definitely top 2 in Temecula in my opinion. was a bit pricey I paid about 8 bucks for a bowl but ingredients are all natural so I know exactly what is in my bowl. All in All: Yes I would recommend this place if you have the time and money to get an great tasting smoothie or bowl. -LawrenceK

While this location is pricy, the quality of the juice here makes up for it. If you're walking around this shopping area, a stop in this juice bar may be well worth it!

Healthy juices 👍

Always fresh and delicious. Great staff! Very busy area, so parking can be a challenge as trader Joe's and other restaurants or shopping centers share the parking lot.... But you won't be disappointed. Nekter is far better than Jamba juice or smoothie King.

I enjoy their drinks and the inside looks great..but the service is so slow(even by juice industy standards) and their sign is broken and hanging down- looks like it could fall any moment. Lastly, be prepared for their prices..which are higher then Juice it up and other similar places.

Good ingredients but not flavorful. Staff sometimes friendly but usually not. Celery juice detox is best route. In a bottle and no communication with staff.

Delicious juice and excellent customer service

Great idea and atmosphere! We got our first drink free after we downloaded the App! I tried the Pink Flamingo Smoothie; it was good, refreshing but not overly flavorful. My wife got a Berry Banana unfortunately it lacked any flavor. We wished we would have tried the Juice instead of Smoothies. The employees were friendly and helpful. Visit early in the morning before the other shops open or you'll be fighting for a parking space.
