Had a great time in the nekter juice bar😊perfect place for Smoothies and Açaí bowls. Mango delight was so good. Sweetness of smoothies were so perfect. Also has so many left to try out.special mention to the customer friendly atmosphere.

This visit, the pumpkin spice smoothie was good, however sometimes it is not as good.

love the staff and the smoothies, but the smoothie I got today was terrible. I got the pineapple matcha. Had no flavor and tasted like powder.

It took awhile to get my order when I was there. There was one girl washing dished in the back. I said "Hello" several times and was not heard. The other worker was on her phone outside. Please have workers prioritize customer service for isn't that what they are paid to do. In addition, the previous time coming a worker girl was making the smoothie and munching on a piece of spinach for fun and jokingly. This is not professional behavior.

It is INCREDIBLE how consistently understaffed this restaurant is. It is a running joke that not only do they only have two staff members during a shift, it seems like they only have two blenders to fill the multitude of orders that come in. It is as frustrating as it is painful to witness how much they seem to struggle to not only take the orders, but then to have to spend an inordinate amount of time to fulfill them. The staff has always been polite and professional, but I swear their hands are tied. Why can't Nekter employ more like a Jamba Juice where they have 4 to 5 people on the floor, plus 4-5 blenders going at one time. So much more efficient and the wait is tremendously less. I like nekter, and this is not a deal breaker as I now just order online but instead of my first choice, it is my last resort if I am craving a smoothie as the wait is just unreasonable which could be resolved if nekter invested more in staffing and equipment.

Curbside pick was timely and friendly. Didn’t love the pumpkin spice smoothie though, needed more spice less banana, maybe more dates?

The customer service is always sub par. I ordered ahead. It took a few minutes to be asked if I needed anything. Then they took my drinks out of the fridge and told me they would get them to me in a bit (5 feet away) and proceeded to do other things. This isn't the first time I've had sub par service. The smoothies are good. But I always debate if I want one due to having to deal with the lack of service.

Such a wonderful experience, the interior design is beautiful. The smoothies are fresh. The fruits are vibrant. I feel great and FULL hours later. I really appreciate their attention to detail and warm hello. There are other places, this brand is setting the highest standards.

Good Try the elderberry smoothie

First time experiencing Nekter. Asked the cashier what he would recommend, something sweet and fruity. He said I would not be disappointed with the Flamingo smoothie. I was confused by how awful and nasty it was. Let my daughter taste and she was confused too, like WHAT IS THAT??!! Threw it in the trash. Bad experience.

Really good smoothies, and juices! Cute place to hang out at for a bit. Smells really clean. Fast service. Not too overpriced but not cheap either.

It was awful! I got there at 8:50 am . I was first in line & ordered an açaí smoothie. I noticed the dark haired young man who worked the cash register did not change gloves to make my smoothie . When I said I wanted the other worker to remake my smoothie she did. She had pink in her hair. She told me she would give me a refund but proceeded to wait on 3 other customers. It was 9:22 by the time she gave me my refund.

Always takes 20+ min for 1 smoothie. Service is very blah. Nothing that makes me want to come back. Price should match quality and service but does not.

Was really disappointed w/ my smoothie from this place. It hardly had any flavor which was very surprising based on the ingredient list. All 3 of us that went had the same opinion, that all of our's were sadly very bland. Especially for the price, there are better smoothie bars.
