Items were both made wrong. Both Missing blue vanilla drizzle and one had apples when requested not to.

Online order was 10 mins late. Made it while I was there. Got home to only realize my açaí bowl was so poorly made it was like soup.

I thought the the female customer service rep was more concerned with continuing her conversation with the customer that was ahead of me, had already paid and received his order to be bothered with my order. She failed to make eye contact. I chalked it to lack of home training and manners. The gentleman that clocked in while I waited for my order was extremely friendly and a better representation of customer service.

I have been a Nekter customer for quite some time. I typically order their bowls because they are tasty, convenient and are a healthier option.
Unfortunately, I believe the quality control of the bowls has gone down. I finally have had enough of receiving a bowl that is 2/3 filled. The added insult to injury is they have raised their prices from $9.99 a bowl to $10.99. Paying more for less product isn't typically something I care to support.
