Placed order for pick up 10 mins prior to closing. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Food was ready. Only minor concern is that the açaí bowls were on the slightly melted side

I apologize I do not know the persons name. She may be the manager. I place a mobile order once or twice a week. She always greats me with a smile and without me asking she knows my order and brings it out. She provides fantastic service. I am an Executive with a bank and these simple small things are what makes a business great! Hopefully she gets the recognition she deserves. Feel free to look at my order timestamps and it would be the person working during that time.

The Bressi Ranch location is amazing! They're super friendly and always have my smoothie ready when I arrive. The San Marcos location is right across the street from me and is a more convenient location but they are a total mess. They never open on time and never have my smoothie ready when the app says it will. Bressi Ranch is a million times better. Thank you so much!!

We always enjoy Nekter and the smoothies and waffles and protein bites are so good! The only thing I would change is in the app if it automatically sent an update when your order is ready; we waited outside for awhile and the order was ready and in the fridge when we came and picked it up.
