The quality of the smoothies is mediocre. One of the most common issues I experience, and I experienced it today, is that my smoothie tastes watered down. I don't know why that is, perhaps they add ice to it? Or the other ingredients just aren't flavorful? I wish this could be improved upon. The only reason I keep coming back to this location is because it is convenient and I like that Nekter has healthier options for smoothies than some of the other juice bars in the area. The app is convenient as well.

Great stuff, but taking a star away because their menu on Grubhub does not match their regular menu (the chia pudding add to the bowls isn't an option). No matter how much this is requested to be corrected, nothing is ever corrected. I'd come her more often, but it's a 20-min drive each way. Also, their juice cleanses are not organic. I'm not sure how it's a cleanse if the fruits and veggies used are not organic.

Had a great time in the nekter juice bar😊perfect place for Smoothies and Açaí bowls. Mango delight was so good. Sweetness of smoothies were so perfect. Also has so many left to try out.special mention to the customer friendly atmosphere.

It was a cleanse order that came into the Bressi Ranch location incomplete, so we postponed pick up by one day, then we were called that it was ready, but at pick up only half the order was there- so staff had to scramble to complete the order - after ordering several cleanses online, the past orders were almost always delayed as well. We know this when ordering so we just have to make sure we stay on top of the order, call the store for updates and then double check the order at pick up. Staff is always helpful at Bressi and have now offered to call me when the order is ready which is a big help instead of me guessing it’s arrived when promised. The experience though has led me to explore other juice bars and their cleanse offerings now too. We have been loyal Nekter customers for a few years now.

It is INCREDIBLE how consistently understaffed this restaurant is. It is a running joke that not only do they only have two staff members during a shift, it seems like they only have two blenders to fill the multitude of orders that come in. It is as frustrating as it is painful to witness how much they seem to struggle to not only take the orders, but then to have to spend an inordinate amount of time to fulfill them. The staff has always been polite and professional, but I swear their hands are tied. Why can't Nekter employ more like a Jamba Juice where they have 4 to 5 people on the floor, plus 4-5 blenders going at one time. So much more efficient and the wait is tremendously less. I like nekter, and this is not a deal breaker as I now just order online but instead of my first choice, it is my last resort if I am craving a smoothie as the wait is just unreasonable which could be resolved if nekter invested more in staffing and equipment.

Confused by the ordering process. I placed an online order on Thursday around 1000am for Friday pick up at 515pm. The order was not ready and they did not have all the Juices available in my order. They asked if substitutes were ok but I told them I preferred not to as I had purposely ordered in advance. They pulled a couple of the Juices from their cleanse kits to complete my order. So I am glad they were able to accommodate but don't understand the benefit of ordering in advance if they don't prepare the order anyway. Per the employee they don't receive the ticket for the order until the pick up time. This is not reflection of the staff but rather the online ordering sytem.

Really good smoothies, and juices! Cute place to hang out at for a bit. Smells really clean. Fast service. Not too overpriced but not cheap either.

Friendly staff as always. Good tasting juices and acai bowls. I think to earn 5 Stars menu options would have to be greatly varied and use of more fresh, local ingredients

Nice juice bar. They went a bit light on the ginger. Ask for extra if you love the ginger.

The service is typically quick and friendly. They have juices, smoothies, bowls, and a few other items in a cooler (muffins, protein snacks, etc). They also have a green symbol next to certain items on the menu that they recommend for first-timers. I've tried a few different smoothies and juices, and açai bowls, all of which were pretty good.

Love the juice; not the prices so much.
