She ignored me and took two customers in front of me while I stood there watching in the pickup your under here area and then I had to approach her and ask for help when she was done.

Service has been poor. Employees goofing off, not acknowledging customers when coming in. Pickup should be quick, shouldn't have to wait 10min. when my order is ready and waiting in the fridge. Some employees have had attitudes.
