The website for online ordering needs to be updated to reflect the right time the order will be ready. No fault of the staff though

The woman who made my drink coffee did a PHENOMENAL job!!!! I’ve had issues with my order before and each time I order the juice is slightly different but today it was 12/10!!!!

I ordered an Immunity Power shot via online order. The ingredients listed on the online order are Orange Juice, Lemon Juice, Camu Camu, Turmeric, Black Pepper. when I got home I looked at the ingredients which also included Hemp Seed oil. Unfortunately I cannot consume that and wouldn’t have ordered it if it was listed on the online order system. Therefore I had to throw it away.

Initially greeted like an door dash driver as if racially profiled. This is not the first time this happens at this location. Anyone walking into the store should be greeted like a customer with no assumptions regardless of race.
The online order I placed included extra fruit to be added to the bowl. When asking about the additional fruit (because it wasn't visible) the attendant stated they don't add the fruit because they don't have the fresh fruit. The selection included pineapple, mango, blueberries, and strawberries. How do you not have the fresh fruit? Then the blame was then placed on me for not understanding how the online-ordering system works.
Not great overall.
The San Marcos and Escondido area are very diverse. Maybe the employees at this location need diversity training.

I waited in the front about 10 minutes and then another customer came in. And when the young girl finally came up. She ignored me and spoke to the girl that just walked in. Not impressed.

Customer service was great. The quality of the food was not. I purchased a bowl a couple of months ago that wasn’t great. I thought I’d give this location another try and they failed again. Moving forward if I order a bowl form Nekter it’ll be from a different location.
