I love how fresh and delicious Nekter is. The ambiance is always welcoming and laid back, and the music great too. It's clean , and I can always adjust my juice. I can also order ice on the side

The juice was too sweet. I always get the toxin flush but at this location it tasted like it was mainly apple juice

This was my second time ordering online and both have been a complete fail! They font keep track of what you order. I had order a juice 2 smoothies and acai bowl split in 2. They were only giving me the juice. And they said they that was my whole order when i paid 32 and change.. they need to keep track of pick ups..

My order was incorrect, no spinach added per the order to my juice order. It was clearly just carrot. When I asked if it was right the girl just said yes and handed it to me. It was clear she wasn’t going to offer to make another juice even though it was clearly incorrect. The juice was completely orange unlike every other juice I get which is a greenish brown color with carrots and spinach

I love Nekter! I just go to work stupidly early so I don’t always get the opportunity to go, but I try to get juice or a smoothie whenever I can :)

I’m not sure who made my juice, but compared to other days, my recovery juice had consistency, and it was extremely flavorful. It didn’t taste watery or like celery

This is a wonderful Nekter location... Great service and always with a smile. Love my Green Juice daily ... and this is best place for it ! Thank you to all the staff ... YOU ARE THE BEST !

I ordered online, got to the store at the time it was supposed to be ready but it wasn’t. It’s normal so I was understanding. My juice came out first about 5 minutes later and then I asked the girl about my bowl which she said they were working on it but she didn’t ask for the name or even check for it. Her attitude screamed I don’t care and don’t want to be here. Didn’t get her name but it was the young brunette working in the back. I waited another 20-25 minutes because I could see they were a little busy so then at that point I was already starting to see other people getting their items and leaving, people that had gotten there after me. So I ask a different lady and she checked for me. My bowl was in the fridge the whole time.. If the other girl would’ve had the hospitality or even just the decency to just check, I wouldn’t have been waiting for so long for no reason. I left 30 minutes after I had gotten there which is not ok for an online order.

I know supply chain issues are a post-Covid reality, but this is the only Nekter location that consistently runs out of ingredients so seems like there is an organizational issue that needs attention here. Some of the employees will call to let us know and ask if we want to change our order. Today’s employee just handed me my drink & offered a shrug & a “I know you paid for beets but we didn’t have them so I just left them out.” I didn’t have to pay for the beets so it’s not the money, it was more the nonchalant attitude that really sealed it in that I won’t return to this location again. I’m sad because I really love Nekter. Will definitely be searching for a new place to get my juice.

Juice was great on flavor. Every time I go to this location it’s the same issue. I order online to avoid the line but they make me wait until they finish with the current clients online. Can I just tell the person in the back to come to the front and bring the Juice

It isn’t the first time, so it isn’t the employee….when you order a juice and a smoothie, I am always only handed one or the other and have to ask for the rest of my order. I have sent my husband and he only received half the order in past. Maybe have a 1 of 2 note on the receipt?

I've tried your juices, smoothies and chia bowls and they've all been amazing. Price is great as well!
