I didn't feel so welcomed when I came in to pick up the drink. Normally the Nekter employees are very nice and welcoming! It's very possible that I came in just after a rush or they were short staffed or something. It just felt a little awkward was all.

I waited a long time in store, maybe 20 min after ordering online. When I drove about 15 minutes after placing the order. I was on my way to work and needed lunch but couldn’t wait. I asked for a refund. The asst mgr was very nice was going to refund it. She realized my order had been skipped over and was in the back of the line. Many people were served before me that came after me. I believe there were a few new people? She offered me something else that was made already and while I was talking to her she gave me a small strawberry banana smoothie. The other employees made my order while I was talking to her. They did make a great effort to resolve the issue. I had just come from working out for about two hours and I was starving and I was in Costa Mesa and then I had to drive to Long Beach so I ordered my lunch in Huntington right off the freeway. That was the problem, I was going to be late for work.
