They were slammed with outside/online orders when I came in to get my one bowl. The associates were very nice and got to me, but they could have used more help at that time. Also, the music was Way Too Lou!!

Employees greeted me when I walked in and attended me right away. They had my to go order ready before the pick up time.

Staff is usually friendly and attentive. I witnessed their rush hours, and waiting times are usually much longer than stated on online orders. I expect it to be so, but would appreciate it if the staff were more friendly and acknowledge their customers when we walk in. Otherwise, my food is always mad spectacular.
