I ordered via Mobil app at 445p and arrived at store just after 5 lights were off and he said store was closed - why did the app take my order? He let me into the dark store my drink was in the frig - too many things wrong here to list

It was great. I take advantage of specials that I see. Today I used the $5 off two bowls specials. I do feel like the navigation of the app doesn’t make the use of specials very easy. You don’t see it until you get to the make payment screen and I feel it should show up automatically one screen earlier. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this issue. I feel like I’m making a payment not knowing if I’ll get the discount. Thank you for asking for my input. I am a frequent customer.
