Usually they have good service at this location, but I was not happy this time. I showed up for my pickup at the indicated time but I still had to wait around 7 minutes for it. If they had been too busy, fine, understandable, but it did not seem to be the case. There were two guys there, and while one was preparing an order, the other one was just walking around, passed several times by the fridge where they had my acai bowl ready, but would not hand it to me even though I had told him I was picking up an order and given him my name. My bowl had been ready since I got there, but he made me wait seven minutes while he just walked around. This is not good customer service.

The 2 females working weren’t friendly and I don’t think they said a word. I had ordered extra banana on my bowl, it’s an extra charge and I didn’t get it. But the bowls were good besides that

Made an online order and it said it would be ready at 8:22 am. My husband arrived at 8:28 am to pick it up and was told it hadn’t been made yet.

This was my first time placing a mobile order since I was pressed for time but when I got there, around my estimated pick up time, they had not made my drink yet and I still had to wait for 10 minutes. Took about as long as it would had I ordered in person.
