They need to hire more people at this location . It’s always either one person or two and they always looked super stressed . I always need to do a call in ahead of time because if I order in person it takes too long

Thank you for training your employees to have good customer service. Before, your employees would not welcome or even acknowledge that I was there standing in the pick up line. Now, your employees were welcoming, friendly and acknowledged me right away. I have been avoiding this location as best as possible due to the rudeness. If this is how things have changed, I will frequent this store as my #1 again.

there have been a couple times when I went to pick up my order 15- 20 minutes after ordering, when it was supposed to be done, and it still took an extra 10+minutes. Often times when I enter, I am not greeted nor acknowledged and have to wait at the counter too long to ask for my mobile order pick up.

My juice was perfect.
I never know what I’m going to get though. Each time I go is inconsistent even though I reorder the same thing each time. The size is never the same, sometimes it’s over ice others it’s blended with the ice.

Nektar is a regular craving of mine. I love the PB Protein smoothie and have to get one after yoga on the reg. I love this location, they go above and beyond in hospitality and efficiency. They make great smoothies. The rewards program is excellent and has good perks for your purchases. A happy place for sure and I will be back again and again!

The experience was not great. I ordered through the app to save time and drove to the location. I had 3 parties order and receive there order before mine, even though I ordered well in advanced. I mentioned to the employee working that I had ordered on the app and was waiting for my order. The employee was nice, but took another order before making my order. I was waiting in the location for about 35 minutes plus whatever time I had ordered ahead. The order was tasty, but the protein powder I had ordered in my bowl was also omitted. I would not recommend using the app to others, because it does not seem to benefit the customer.
