Ver happy with my drink everything was perfect. The service was fast. I did an online pick up order and I placed my order via the app. The app is always really good and fast. It’s always responsive. I just feel that it would be nice to like get like good incentives or like discounts or certain rewards like on drinks but yeah good overall

It could have been better. My order was mixed up. They made the wrong drink order the different cup sizes. The large was to have no agave. And the regular should have been made with agave

I really like nectar , I think the drinks are very delicious flavorful and made with some love I don’t like the price point but for quality drinks I understand the drink price The service itself it’s really good. I always do app orders so the drinks are ready by the time I get there and staff is always super friendly.

All good this time - bowl was well-prepared and NOT half-melted, and service was EXCELLENT. A greeting with a smile and a “thank you, come again” is all it takes! Yet so rare to find at any of your locations.

Who is the manager here? Why is there only one employee handling everything making drinks 🍹 and working the register at the same time? This is unfair to the employee and terrible for customers. No business should run like this. It’s inhumane to expect one person to do everything while customers wait. Management should be ashamed. I will be filing a serious complaint with headquarters.

The guy behind the counter was super friendly and cool. I rarely go to this one even though it’s closer to my work I’ll go all the way out to a different one because there’s usually this girl over the last few years that’s just kind of rude, but today was good

The person working that day was polite attentive and took care of my drink quickly. Very good experience and will be coming back!

Very please even though our order was late. The solo employee was exceptionally polite and kind dealing with difficult customers in front of me.

My experience at Nekter today was the best I’ve had at any of the locations I’ve visited. The employee helped me right away as soon as I arrived. I had points for a free juice but couldn’t find the redemption code to use in store. He kindly explained that the promotion was for online orders only, then went above and beyond by taking care of my order while I placed it online. He genuinely wanted to help and made sure I left happy. Hands down the best Nekter experience I’ve had.
